Mission

The Cord Blood Association of Canada (CBAC) is a non-profit organization dedicated to educate the Canadian public about the advancement in cord blood stem cell technology and benefits of storing cord blood stem cells. Our mission is to increase public awareness of benefits of cord blood banking by providing objective information important in understanding cord blood banking and relevant factors to be aware of when choosing a cord blood bank.

Since cord blood banking is a new technology, it is important for expectant parents to be informed of this health option thoroughly to best prepare themselves and their new family for the future through educated and informed decision making.
